Find Peace Amid the Colors of Nature in a 13,000-Tsubo Garden

The Flower Area is a place where guests can enjoy the beauty of nature and seasonal flowers all year long.

At the expansive Flower Plaza, covering 13,000 tsubo (about 43,000 square meters), seasonal flowers bloom in abundance. In spring, tulips paint the fields in vivid colors of red, yellow, and pink, creating a breathtaking flower carpet.

The Hydrangea and Iris Road is a mystical path that comes to life in early summer. Stretching approximately 200 meters, this area is filled with colorful hydrangeas and irises that stand out against the damp atmosphere of the rainy season. At night, the path is lit up, offering a romantic view that contrasts with its daytime beauty.

In autumn, around 1.5 million cosmos flowers bloom across the grounds, gently coloring the landscape and enchanting visitors. With each season, the garden transforms, offering new delights no matter how many times you visit.

The Plum Grove reaches its peak in early spring and is filled with vibrantly blooming plum trees. The weeping plum trees create a uniquely Japanese scene full of elegance. Strolling through the grove with the scent of early spring in the air is a truly special experience that brings a sense of calm and reflection.

A Breathtaking Greenhouse Filled with Beauty from Around the World

The Begonia Garden is one of the largest greenhouses in Japan, boasting a spacious 9,000 square meters. Inside, hundreds of varieties and approximately 12,000 begonias from around the world bloom year-round, creating a dazzling display.

As you step through the entrance, you’re transported into a dreamlike space surrounded by brilliant begonias. Hanging begonias suspended from the ceiling and the large, vibrant blooms of upright begonias are particularly captivating, drawing visitors into a world of color and wonder.

Within the garden is the Garden Café, where you can enjoy a relaxed tea time surrounded by blooming flowers.

On select days, the Begonia Garden offers guided tours led by expert horticultural staff, who explain the best ways to enjoy the greenhouse and offer insights into plant care and ecology. There is also a professional photo service available.

With stunning begonias blooming in every season, each visit to the Begonia Garden offers a new and memorable experience.
