At the food workshops, guests can enjoy experiences such as making sausages or baking bread, and they can taste the food they make on the spot. In particular, the farm’s signature Mokumoku handmade sausages are exceptionally delicious.
The farm also offers a variety of dining options. At the buffet-style restaurant, dishes made with fresh local ingredients are served, including freshly harvested vegetables, homemade bread, and sausages. There are also cafés and bakeries where visitors can enjoy local craft beer and baked goods, expanding the pleasures of food.
Craftsmanship with Heart – The True Taste Created by Handmade Work

At Mokumoku Farm, making food is not simply about producing products but about delivering both delicious flavors and the warmth of handmade craftsmanship. Each step of the process is carried out with dedication, care, and passion.
At the ham and sausage workshop, unnecessary additives are avoided so that the natural qualities of the ingredients can shine. The meat is carefully blended with salt and spices, kneaded by hand, shaped, and finished with a rich smoked aroma. Because every step involves human craftsmanship, the resulting flavor develops remarkable depth.
At the craft beer brewery, beer is treated as a living drink created by the harmony of barley, water, and yeast. The brewers carefully draw out the characteristics of the ingredients while monitoring how the flavor evolves over time. From brewing to fermentation and aging, each stage is patiently observed as every glass of beer is crafted with care.
At the bakery, dough is kneaded, allowed to ferment slowly, and then baked to a fragrant finish. During this process, visitors can appreciate how the aroma and texture change as wheat flour and yeast work together. The taste of freshly baked bread is truly exceptional.
At the Japanese sweets workshop, delicate handcrafted designs are created so that the sweets can be enjoyed visually as well as in flavor. Meanwhile, the Western confectionery workshop produces unique desserts by layering cream over soft sponge cakes, bringing together creativity and craftsmanship.
Rather than focusing on efficiency, Mokumoku Farm prioritizes flavor and quality that truly satisfy. This commitment is at the heart of everything they create.
Experience Nature and Food with All Five Senses

At Iga no Sato Mokumoku Handmade Farm, visitors can fully experience the charm of nature, food, and agriculture through a wide variety of hands-on programs.

Through activities such as making sausages, baking bread, and creating sweets, visitors can learn about the process of how food is made while handling the ingredients themselves and tasting the freshly prepared results. In the Boiled Sausage Workshop, participants experience the entire process from kneading the pork mixture to stuffing the casing and boiling the finished sausages.

At the Relaxing Learning Farm, visitors can interact with animals such as cows, goats, and ponies while learning about the importance of life and the origins of food. Programs include mini pig shows, milking experiences, and pony rides, offering enjoyable experiences for both children and adults.

In addition, visitors can harvest shiitake mushrooms grown on natural logs at the mushroom farm. By picking thick, freshly grown mushrooms inside the cultivation house, guests can directly experience the bounty of nature.
Farm-Fresh Flavors – Freshly Harvested, Freshly Baked, Freshly Made

The dishes served throughout the farm make generous use of local ingredients and house-made products, offering flavors that can only be enjoyed here.

At the Beer Restaurant, guests can enjoy a buffet-style dining experience featuring Mokumoku’s signature craft beer, sausages, and dishes made with fresh vegetables. It is the perfect place for families or groups to gather and enjoy a lively meal together.
BuuBuu House is a barbecue-style restaurant where richly flavored pork and freshly harvested vegetables are grilled over charcoal, filling the air with mouthwatering aromas.

At the Farmhouse Cuisine Restaurant, guests can savor thick-cut tonkatsu made from pork produced in Mie Prefecture, along with traditional regional dishes. The calm atmosphere makes it an excellent place for those who want to enjoy local flavors at a leisurely pace.

At mokumoku Tomato Café, the specialty item is the impressive 16-centimeter-tall Grill Tomato Burger. The café also offers dishes and sweets made with plenty of fresh tomatoes, making it a great place for light meals or a relaxing break.
These restaurants and cafés allow visitors to enjoy the freshness of ingredients and the handmade flavors that make Mokumoku Farm so unique. When visiting, take the time to savor these carefully prepared dishes and enjoy a memorable dining experience.
A Special Stay Surrounded by Nature

At Iga no Sato Mokumoku Handmade Farm, visitors can also stay overnight at the accommodation area called “Okaeri Village,” where they can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time surrounded by nature. Guests stay in dome-shaped cottages where they can gaze at a sky full of stars at night and wake up to the sound of birds in the morning, experiencing a kind of luxury that cannot be found in the city.

Guests staying at Okaeri Village can also participate in early morning farm activities, helping with tasks such as milking cows, feeding animals, or cleaning the stables, with activities varying depending on the season.
Another special benefit is that guests staying overnight receive free admission to the farm for two days. Experiences that may be difficult to enjoy in a single day can be explored at a relaxed pace. After relaxing in the hot spring in the evening, visitors can spend the next day enjoying craft workshops and interacting with animals to their heart’s content.
